If OtterSnap isn't right for you, email support@ottersnap.com within 14 days of your most recent charge and we will refund it in full. No forms, no interrogation, no hard feelings.

After 14 days

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately, and your plan remains active until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't pro-rate partial months after the 14-day window, but unused quota never rolls into a charge you didn't agree to.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via our payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
